    Everything is wonderful.

The room is well-organised and big and there are awesome views of the lake. It was nice to have climate control and a couch bed in the room. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from Flattop Mountain.

Everything is nice, great value, comfortable hotel overall. The staff is excellent and affable. It has huge beautifully decorated rooms, that come with four lamps and the Superior 2 bedroom, as for instance. There is a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

Well-organised and good sized rooms come with fireplace and coffee maker and the Superior 2 bedroom.

It's a pity but the water pressure was low.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying an awesome area, close to attractions and shopping and Close to Grandfather Mountain and Sugar and Beech. The location was comfortable and exceptionally nice, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Linville Gap. Also, spent some time by the lake, it's 400 ft of the property. Liked this hotel, had really amazing experience.

The hotel staff was very rude.

The room with the big tubs. Plus we had climate control and a couch bed. Location: the hotel was close to skiing and Very close to great restaurants. Ate at Valle de Bravo, its at walking distance from the venue.

I traveled here for Spring Break with my 3 boys. We loved everything about our stay at this resort! The rooms were spacious and had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The kids enjoyed the pool, golf, and mini playground. The whirlpool bath was a hit, although it took a while to fill up. We also loved the two patio decks in our unit. The activities for kids at the registration area and treats upon check-in were a nice touch. The location was perfect, with various trails, waterfalls, restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. Great value for money!

    Can recommend this hotel.

We had our adult children and grandchlidren there. It was a perfect place for winter activities--as well as indoor activities offered by the inn.

The wifi was sporadic at best--most of the time not working. This needs definite improvement!

We had a suite and it was huge and tastefully decorated. The location of the hotel was great and stunning - relatively close to Linville Gap. The property was a brilliant place for enjoying a beautiful area.

The facilities at Bluegreen Vacations Blue Ridge Village were excellent. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, perfect for those with physical handicaps. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the club house offered a range of fun activities for both adults and kids. We particularly enjoyed painting rocks for the rock garden and indulging in chips and salsa. The free coffee, tea, popcorn, and refreshing strawberry mint water were a nice touch. The evening S'mores around the fire and the self-made selfie station added a special touch to our stay. The Putt Putt Green and fenced-in basketball area were great for entertainment. The fact that the hotel is undergoing updates creates anticipation for future visits. I appreciate how they communicated upcoming events without wasting paper.

Felt truly spoiled, no complaints whatsoever.
